The following is used for high-level project scoping. You can use the content on this page as a template for your project documentation. You can also use it as a team exercise when scoping a project. When using this as an exercise, create the following table on a white board, allowing plenty of space for participants to add post-its under each column. Talk them through the scoping considerations, in the left column, before inviting them to write and post their items.
