Decisions made for 2012 meetings:

  • We will not capture minutes of the meeting, but we will post artifacts and decisions made.
  • We will have a leader designated for each quarterly series.
  • We will find the real life example to work through by soliciting in the room and then going to other resources online, etc. 
  • The repeatable cycle will be Training, Coaching, Support / How-To (Tools to support the process or training, etc.)
